Shailaja Adhikary

Shailaja Adhikary, an MBA in marketing, is a well known figure in both the Education and Fashion field. Serving as the Managing Director of 12 prominent educational institutions in Nepal, she was rightly chosen as Best Women Entrepreneur at New Business Age Award 2013 held at Crown Plaza, Kathmandu, Nepal

She’s a visionary who changed the face of Nepal by introducing Fashion & Interior Design Education i.e IEC and An International Pre-School Chain i.e. Euro Kids in Nepal.

She was chosen as GREAT WOMAN OF THE 21STCENTURY in 2006 by AMERICAN BIOGRAPHICAL INSTITUTE, North Carolina, USA & received the Educational Excellence Award 2012 held at IIT, Delhi (India).

As an Assistant officer in Nepal ANZ Grindlay’s Bank (Now Standard Chartered Bank Nepal), Kathmandu from Sept 1996 – June 1997.
Managing Director since Aug 1997 in IEC School of Art & Fashion, Kathmandu, Nepal.
