Our story
Founded in 1997 with a single fashion college, IEC Group has grown into one of Nepal's most quietly consequential education houses. Each institution keeps its own character and faculty; all of them share the same insistence on rigour, taste and care for the student in the room.
What began as a small studio in Bagbazar now spans early childhood centres, an IB World School, a design and IT college, an A Levels academy and an overseas study consultancy — more than ten institutions, taught by over 500 faculty, with an alumni network of some fifty thousand across Nepal and abroad.
We stay deliberately close to the ground: small cohorts, teachers who practise what they teach, and campuses run to one standard whichever neighbourhood you walk into.

Fashion & Interior Design
In academic partnership with Teesside University, UK
Nepal's founding fashion and interior design college — studio-led teaching, national runway showcases and industry placements. Its degree programmes are delivered in academic partnership with Teesside University, UK, so students earn a British qualification while studying in Kathmandu, with the option to progress on to the university's campus.
Design, Creative Arts & IT
Creative arts meets computing: graphic design, UI, animation and applied IT programmes built around real client briefs.
Pre-School
Play-based pre-school learning delivered to an international curriculum standard, with four Kathmandu branches running the same programme so families never lose continuity.

EuroKids Sitapaila is the newest EuroKids branch, opening soon in Sitapaila. It brings the same play-based early childhood programme families know from Hattigauda, Bishalnagar, Tinkune and Samakhusi — bright, child-safe classrooms, trained early years teachers, activity and outdoor play areas, and a nurturing first step into school for children before Grade 1. Enquiries and early registrations are welcome now.

Our campuses sit in Kathmandu, but our students, alumni and partner schools reach every province of Nepal.
Every campus we run sits inside the Kathmandu valley — Hattigauda, Bishalnagar, Samakhusi, Tinkune, Mandikhatar, Koteshwor and Sitapaila — close enough that teachers, resources and events move between them as one group. Families choose a campus near home without giving up the standards of the whole network.

Design graduates
Final-year fashion students take live client briefs and close the year showing collections in front of Nepal's design industry — a portfolio that hires them before graduation.

Our journey
1997
IEC opens with a single fashion and interior design college under Ms. Shailaja Adhikary.
2007
EuroKids is launched in Nepal at Tangal, bringing structured play-based early years learning to Kathmandu families. The Tangal EuroKids is today EuroKids Bishalnagar.
2008
Euro School Kathmandu is born, taking the group into formal schooling from Grade 1 upward and growing into an IB World School.
2009
IEC College takes birth with degree-level study in art, fashion and design, later in academic partnership with Teesside University, UK.
2024
IEC enters the IT field with short, job-focused technology courses, and launches Metaphor Abroad Consultancy to guide students to further studies overseas.
2026
IEC steps into a new phase beyond education with Infinity Developers Pvt. Ltd., its real estate and construction arm — building campuses, residential and institutional projects across the Kathmandu Valley under the promise of building a better tomorrow.
Today
More than ten institutions and campuses across early years, K-12, design, IT and consultancy, with 500+ faculty and a 50,000-strong alumni network.

EuroKids Sitapaila · Early Childhood EducationEuroKids is opening a new early childhood education branch in Sitapaila. It joins our existing preschools in Hattigauda, Bishalnagar, Tinkune and Samakhusi, bringing the same warm, play-based first years of school to families on the western side of the Kathmandu Valley.
The campus is being prepared now. Enquiries and early registrations are open, and families are welcome to speak with us about admission before the branch opens.

After nearly three decades of building institutions, IEC Group has stepped into building spaces. Infinity Developers Pvt. Ltd. is the group's real estate and construction arm, taking the same care we put into classrooms into land, structure and finishing across the Kathmandu Valley.
It grew out of a simple need: our own campuses in Hattigauda, Bishalnagar, Samakhusi, Tinkune, Koteshwor and Mandikhatar had to be planned, built and maintained properly. That in-house expertise is now offered to families and institutions outside the group as well, under the promise of building a better tomorrow.
